This website ("My Seating Plan") is operated by DMyst. You can contact us at info@myseatingplan.co.uk.

• Event details (event name, event date).
• Guest details (names, meal choices, dietary requirements provided by you).
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser information, stored briefly in server logs.

How we use the data

We use the information you enter to provide the seating plan service: creating and managing events, assigning guests to tables, recording meal choices, and producing printable plans and call sheets.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, unless legally required.

Legal basis under GDPR

• Contract: we need this information to provide you with the service you sign up for.
• Legitimate interest: event organisers need to manage their events efficiently.
• Consent: if you explicitly agree to share guest links or provide optional information.

How long we keep data

Event and guest data is kept until you delete the event, or until 7 days after the event date (when share links automatically expire). You can delete your account or any event at any time.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for login sessions). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and tokenised share links to protect personal data. However, event organisers are responsible for handling shared links safely and for ensuring they have a lawful basis to enter their guests data.
