Purpose of the service

This site provides tools for planning events, managing guest lists, assigning meals, and creating table layouts. It is provided "as is" without any guarantees.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including guest names and dietary requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and use your guests personal data under UK GDPR.
• You must handle tokenised share links responsibly. If a link is shared with someone not intended, they may be able to view event data.
• You must keep your login details secure and not share your account with others.

Our responsibilities

• We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including secure HTTPS connections and automatic expiry of share links.
• We are not responsible for inaccurate data entered by users, or for misuse of tokenised links.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Account and access

You must provide accurate details when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.

Data retention

Event data is kept until you delete it, or until it naturally expires (7 days after the event date for share links). You can delete your account or events at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts if they are misused or pose a security risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
